Return Window

You have 14 days from the delivery date to start a return or exchange.
Condition Requirements
To be eligible, items must be:

Unworn, unwashed, and unaltered

Free of odors, stains, pet hair, and deodorant marks

In original packaging with any tags/labels attached
Items that show wear or wash will not be accepted.
How to Start a Return

Email hello@offaith.co with your order number and the item(s) you’d like to return or exchange.

We’ll reply with next steps and a return authorization.

Ship your item back within 7 days of approval.
*Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless we made a mistake or the item arrived damaged/defective.
Exchanges

Want a different size or color? Request an exchange in your email.

Exchanges are subject to inventory availability.

Once your original item is received and approved, we’ll ship the exchange.
Refunds

Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method (minus shipping) once inspected.

Please allow 3–10 business days for the credit to appear, depending on your bank.
Damaged / Incorrect Items

If your order arrived damaged or you received the wrong item, email hello@offaith.co within 7 days of delivery with photos. We’ll take care of it.
Final Sale & Non-Returnable

Final sale, limited drops marked “final,” gift cards, and any promotional giveaways are not returnable.

Items returned without authorization or that don’t meet the condition standards will be refused or sent back.
International Orders (if applicable)

International returns are accepted within the same 14-day window.

Duties, taxes, and original shipping are non-refundable.
